|Recommended: YesPerfect amount of space Great staff — The carriage home has just the perfect amount of space. I moved in when there was a manager transfer from Lindsay to Gabrielle. Both were attentive and cordial. The leasing staff went above and beyond. I do have a work order pending that has already been addressed. I’m loving the new home

|Recommended: YesHonest review — The complex is nice with the exception of all the dog poop that ppl refuse to pick behind their pets. That's not on management or the property, they have MORE than enough let stations and trash receptacles available. They dog run is such a great feature but it is ALWAYS full of dog poop again not on the management there is a dog station. People are just nasty, I think they should put a camera at the dog park and prevent anyone that does not clean-up behind their pets from accessing the park. The other issue I have is the walls are thin to the point it sounds like my above stairs neighbors are falling through the ceiling. I don't know if they weren't home the 4 times I visited the unit before moving but if I would have heard them I would not be living here. Otherwise it is a beautiful property. I have only been here 1.5 months so I will revisit the review in a few months for updates.

We agree that the pet stations and trash receptacles are provided so everyone can help keep the property clean, and we appreciate your suggestion about monitoring the dog park to encourage responsible pet ownership.
We’re also sorry to hear about the noise concerns. Apartment living can come with some everyday sounds, but if the noise becomes excessive, please report it through the resident portal so we can look into it. This is the proper way to report any needs so that we can assist.
