|Recommended: YesCommunity, Relaxing, Great Amenities, Family Friendly — We are absolutely in love with living here. Our family of 4 feels safe in this quiet but family friendly community. The amenities are wonderful to enjoy from the pool to the park and we particularly love to utilize the gym. The ladies in the office are so kind and helpful and made moving in a complete breeze The construction of the apartments are wonderful and we truly feel like we are living in luxury. We are so thankful we were guided here and couldn’t be happier with our choice in homes.

|Recommended: YesVery convenient location, upscale construction, all the amenities we wanted — We just moved in but so far everything has exceeded our expectations - the apartment is beautiful and spacious, the buildings are spread apart for a more open feeling, and the staff is very competent and responsive.

|Recommended: YesGreat so far — Apartments are up to date and have a floor plan that makes sense. Plenty of space between neighbors and other buildings. Parking is abundant and there is ample room on the roads for more than one car to drive. Noise so far has been kept to a minimum inside and around the apartment. Well-lit walkways and outside areas at nighttime. Overall this community has been welcoming and helpful, we hope to call Legends our home for the foreseeable future.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments in beaufort — Best customer service property staff. Always super helpful and willing to get the solutions you need in a timely manner. The staff helped me get set up when i was on the other side of the world on deployment and I did not have a single issue. The apartments are brand new and made with top of the line products. Not a single complaint about the apartment itself.. it is absolutely perfect and i highly recommend looking into Legends North of Broad for your family

|Recommended: YesNIce place to live. — The grounds on this development is more spacious than any other we have visited... and we have seen quite a few in this area. The carriage unit is perfect... good square footage and a garage. The interior fixtures are top notch. We love the spacious tub shower.
