|Recommended: YesAbsolutely LOVE living in this amazingly beautiful place. — Living here is like being on a permanent vacation The sunset views from my3rd floor balcony are amazing The view changes daily based on the tides and it is incredible. I love being on the marsh and having a huge wrap around balcony. All of the windows also make it very bright inside with incredible views from every room. My cat loves sitting on the large window sills. The community is beautiful and so is my apartment. I can't wait to use the gorgeous swimming pool this summer. Everyone I have met here is incredibly friendly, from employees to residents.. The people in the leasing office and maintenance have been very helpful and friendly. It was definitely worth the wait to move in building 12 I couldn't be happier
